About the Founder
Hi, I'm Cassie, the founder of Thrive Body Collective. My passion is helping individuals achieve sustainable health and wellness through evidence-based nutrition and fitness strategies. With a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Gonzaga University, I blend my deep understanding of human metabolism with practical, real-world fitness solutions.
As a certified personal trainer with a specialization in ante/postnatal training, I have spent the past five years working with individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. My approach prioritizes strength, longevity, and overall well-being, empowering my clients to build a strong foundation for lifelong health.
In 2025, I will begin my Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics to become a registered dietitian, further expanding my expertise in personalized nutrition. My mission with Thrive Body Collective is to provide science-backed, sustainable fitness and nutrition programs that help my clients feel confident, strong, and in control of their health journey.
I believe that fitness and nutrition should be accessible, enjoyable, and adaptable to each individual’s lifestyle. Through Thrive Body Collective, I am dedicated to guiding and educating my clients so they can thrive—not just in their fitness goals, but in every aspect of their lives.
